China: Ecommerce Logistics Index Shows Decline in Consumption

News on @XHNews reports the results of a survey which shows a decline in the consumption of clothing and footwear in the last month, monitoring the logistics activity for e-commerce, which decreased by 2.2 points in August. The decline is again attributable to the exacerbation of Covid-19. Now it is hoped that schools will reopen in September for the recovery of consumption. Two new multi-sectoral technological poles in Vietnam: Auto, Electronics, Mechanical, Textile, Leather & Footwear Sectors

Vietnam's Ministry of Industry and Trade (MoIT) is implementing infrastructure investment procedures for two technology centers for industrial development in the northern and southern regions, in the auto, electronics, mechanical, textile, leather and footwear sectors, according to Fibre2Fashion. Meanwhile, the country's Industrial Production Index (IIP) rose 9.4% year-on-year and 2% month-on-month in April.
